Certification - CareerView™ Culture Fit Profile
Decision Dynamics Career Model™ is one of the world’s leading career tools with more than 40 years of international research and practical use in 100+ countries. The model increases understanding of the variety of ways people view careers and what motivations underlie them. It also highlights the extent to which individuals and organizations take advantage of these motivations towards achieving organizational goals as well as individual engagement. The Certification training allows you to provide feedback based on the CareerView™ Culture Fit respectively Job Fit Profiles.
CareerView™ Culture Fit Profile compares the respondent’s career motives with her/his view of the organizational culture. This helps identify more and less engaging parts of the organizational culture and thereby supports how the respondents can improve their cultural fit in the present or other roles they are matched against. It contributes to better career self-insights and more engaging leadership, teamwork, selection, development, rewards, culture and change processes.
CareerView™ Job Fit Profile illustrates how good fit there is between individual and position, while highlighting possible risk areas and what they signify. You may choose between using preset benchmark profiles from the Decision Dynamics database, to calibrate for your own organization using our competence library, or to generate completely new success profiles based on analyses of your staff. The benchmark profiles are available for different functions and different levels of leadership.
The target group is line- and project managers, HR partners and talent management professionals, as well as coaches, HR- and organizational development consultants.
