The assessments provide an effective holistic analysis of leaders for assessment, selection, and development, that is, basically the whole talent management process. The profiles “Leadership Insight” and “Leadership Potential” provide fundamental knowledge about dynamic fit with different managerial levels today, as well as potential for future advancement.

The target group is line- and project managers, HR partners and talent management professionals, as well as coaches, HR- and organizational development consultants.

The training consist of interactive live sessions, recorded sessions, readings, exercises and a training project.
